If we teach children to think, </font></span></em><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><span style='line-height: 115%; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12pt;'><font color="#000000">their knowledge is helplessly limitless. &ldquo;Our ability to succeed in life is directly proportional to our ability to solve the problems we encounter along life&rsquo;s journey. Tragically, elementary and secondary education is mostly memorization. The biggest problem facing educators today is the inability of most students to think analytically&rdquo;</font></span></em><span style='line-height: 115%; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12pt;'> </span><br /><span></span><br /><span></span>  <span style='line-height: 115%; font-family: "Verdana","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;'><font color="#000000">Lately, I have been in numerous conversations with teens and it never seems to amaze me that they are not interested in conversations which require them to think or formulate an original concept before they speak. Stayed tuned for more information about this initiative.</font></span><br /><span></span><br /><span></span>  <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style='line-height: 115%; font-family: "Verdana","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;'><font color="#000000">My thoughts on future Training for women:</font></span></strong><br /><span></span><br /><span></span>  <span style='line-height: 115%; font-family: "Verdana","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;'><font color="#000000">Women wrestle with comparing themselves to other women. I am not suggesting that women learn to be content thereby accepting their present circumstances. Rather, what I am suggesting is that when you compare yourself to others you are limiting your personal development to that which you see in others. Therefore, I am suggesting that women set goals for themselves based on their own set of expectations, and, then, seek out the training they need to create the person they want to be.</font><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"><font color="#000000">&nbsp; </font></span><font color="#000000">Some of it will be conventional training which all of us receive through preK-highschool and, ideally through, college, graduate school and perhaps professional school.</font><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"><font color="#000000">&nbsp; </font></span><font color="#000000">Other training, however, relates to the individual and developing the capacity to hone and celebrate our values, confidence, uniqueness, strengths, and leadership skills to permanently impact our lives and the lives of others.</font><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"><font color="#000000">&nbsp; </font></span><font color="#000000">It is AIMS&rsquo; mission to provide this latter training to young and adult women.
