Awareness Impact & Motivation Specialist (AIMS) empowers women and girls ages 13 to 18 through a series of leadership and awareness programs, to become leaders within their schools and communities.

Developing leadership skills and self-actualization skills is key to improving life conditions for women and girls who are empowered through a journey of self-discovery and training.
